  • At this time, Silky Way Inc. ships merchandise only to locations within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. For shipment to other locations please contact us directly. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We will ship all in stock orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) within 1 business day of your cleared payment.


  • Return Policy
  • Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase at your expense for a full credit of the actual items only, less the shipping costs and 20 % re-stocking fee. They will be subtracted from your refund. The item must be returned in its original carton and packed carefully to avoid shipping damage. It must be received by us in good, resell able condition. We also recommend insuring the item if you return it via the postal service. If the item is received by us in damaged condition, we cannot issue you full credit for it. You may return the item via whatever shipping method you prefer, FedEx, UPS, Post Office, etc. Customer must write or call for an RA# before returning any special order item.
